By ordering a commission from me, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions

By purchasing my art, you automatically agree to the following conditions.

I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes or NFTs.

I do not do the following: Furry, detailed armor, fetish art, hateful art, pornographic art (Ecchi is OK).

100% of the payment must be made upfront before I start the commission.

Once the payment is made, I will start the sketching process. 1 sketch iteration is allowed after I deliver the sketch to you.

In the case of a Skeb-style commission, I am not obliged to share any sketch or progress during the duration of the commission.

By purchasing my services you are receiving a "Digital Artwork"No physical product will be delivered.

Each additional character will be at +100% of the price.

You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback. 100% can be refunded only if I have not started working on your commission yet.

100% of the payment must be made upfront before I start the commission.

I retain the rights to post my work on my social media and for self-promotion reasons.

I retain the rights to stream my art process on Twitch.tv unless a special request for privacy is made. I retain the rights to have my watermark on my works.

I will not claim the rights of your character designs.

In case of an adoptable design, ownership is transferred to the client.

You may NOT trace, change or modify my works.

You may NOT claim my work as your own.

If you wish to order a commission for personal use such as reproducing and selling the artwork up to 100% of commission fees will apply.

I reserve the right to take up to 1 week to deliver the first sketch once full payment is made.

I reserve the right to take up to 1 month to deliver the final commission unless discussed upon.

A request for a deadline can be made and might include extra charges depending on the nature of the deadline.

Strict deadlines do not apply to Skeb-style commissions but a deadline request can be made during the ordering process. I cannot guarantee the deadline can be made, in that case.

Rush fees are applied and depend on the timeframe provided.
